Working principle of the fuel pump
The working principle of the fuel pump mainly includes the following steps:
Suction: After the electric motor is powered on, it drives the inner rotor to rotate to form a vacuum to absorb oil.
Pressurization: Under the action of centrifugal force, the inner rotor drives the oil from the oil inlet chamber to the oil outlet chamber through a narrow gap, forming high-pressure oil pumped out from the oil outlet. 23.
Maintenance and fault diagnosis of fuel pumps
In order to ensure the normal operation of the fuel pump, it is necessary to regularly check its various components, including filters, fuel pumps, pressure regulators and fuel gauge sensor units.
